We're looking for an expert dental assistant to join our clinical team in an Advanced Dental Assistant role, built for someone with serious chairside skill who wants to work at the highest level of multispecialty care.
This isn't an entry-level assistant job. It's an immersive, elevated clinical role for someone who wants to sharpen real clinical instincts inside a fast-moving, interdisciplinary practice. You'll be chairside with our doctors across every specialty, gaining exposure to diagnosis, treatment planning, advanced procedures, and the full arc of patient care. It's the kind of experience that would normally take years to piece together.
This role is an especially strong fit for internationally trained dentists. Your prior clinical education translates directly into this work. It's a way to stay deeply embedded in your field, working alongside some of the best-trained clinicians in the world.
Chairside, across every specialty.
You'll assist doctors across specialties during complex procedures, anticipating what your dentist needs as you navigate the treatment flow. You'll make sure your team is prepared: every operatory, every instrument, every material prepped to a standard that matches the level of care we deliver.
You'll sit in on real complex case discussions with our multispecialty team, learning how we deliver comprehensive care and an exceptional patient experience.
