Reclaim rest through better breathing.
Your mouth plays a powerful role in how you breathe, how you sleep, and how you show up each day. We look beyond symptoms to uncover the factors affecting your sleep, from airway restrictions to jaw tension and oral posture, and restore balance at the intersection of breath, function, and nervous system regulation.

Sleep is a whole-body practice.
Poor sleep is rarely just about habits. For many patients, the root cause lives in the mouth: airway restrictions, jaw tension, tongue position, or grinding that disrupts the nervous system all night long.
Our airway-trained dentist uses advanced imaging and Mouth Mapping® diagnostics to identify the structural and functional contributors to your sleep issues. We treat the cause, not just the symptoms.
When your airway is open, your jaw is balanced, and your breathing is nasal and deep, the body finally gets the rest it has been missing.

Diagnostics-first. Solutions that fit your life.
Whether you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea or are simply tired of feeling tired, our airway team starts with diagnostics to uncover the root cause and guides you toward solutions that fit your health, lifestyle, and goals.
Airway Imaging & Sleep Screening
+
We use 3D scans, airway volume measurements, and sleep quality assessments to understand how your anatomy, habits, and breathing patterns affect your rest. A clear picture is the starting point for a plan that works.
Oral Appliance Therapy
+
Custom-fitted oral devices gently reposition the jaw during sleep to keep the airway open. A comfortable, effective CPAP alternative for mild to moderate sleep apnea and chronic snoring, worn discreetly and designed for your bite.
TMJ & Bite Optimization
+
Clenching, grinding, and bite imbalances are often linked to disrupted sleep and poor nighttime breathing. When the jaw is aligned and the muscles are relaxed, the airway often follows. We address both together.
Tongue & Oral Posture Guidance
+
We evaluate tongue position, swallowing patterns, and restrictions like tongue ties, all of which can interfere with nasal breathing and airway function. Myofunctional therapy referrals are available when needed.

Can a dentist really help with sleep apnea?
Yes. Dentists are often among the first to identify signs of sleep-disordered breathing. For mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea, custom oral appliances can reposition the jaw and open the airway during sleep, offering an effective CPAP alternative.
Do you treat snoring too?
Absolutely. Snoring is often one of the earliest signs of airway restriction. We use the same diagnostic techniques as for sleep apnea, which may include a custom oral appliance, jaw repositioning, or guidance on breathing habits and tongue posture.
Can my child be evaluated for sleep concerns?
Yes, and we encourage it. Pediatric airway issues are often overlooked. We evaluate breathing patterns, tongue posture, and growth indicators that contribute to restless sleep or daytime fatigue, and refer to myofunctional therapy or pediatric specialists as needed.
Is this covered by insurance?
In some cases. Oral appliance therapy for obstructive sleep apnea is often covered under medical insurance with a diagnosis and documentation. Our team will help with required documentation and coordinate with your physician if needed.
