The visit, in her order

Everything a regular checkup skips.

1

3D scan of your whole jaw

Bone structure and airway. The machine she's standing in.

"Stuff a regular X-ray can't catch."

2

Digital scan of your bite

Every tooth and how they meet. No impressions.

3

Salivary swab and pH test

Your oral microbiome: harmful bacteria, inflammation markers, acidity.

"The part I geeked out about."

4

Root-cause read, on screen

Your scans explained until they make sense. What's early, what can wait, what you need.

5

Cleaning and jaw massage

Then you leave with your Dental Longevity Plan.

"New standard for the dentist."

Who you'll see

Dr. Jonathan B. Levine and the Tribeca team.

Founder of Smile House. Every Longevity Visit ends with your findings reviewed by Dr. Levine and walked through with you on screen, in plain language. What you need, what you don't, and what can wait.

Before you book

Asked often, answered plainly.

Is this connected to my gut health?

Your mouth and gut share a microbiome and an immune system, and the research connecting them keeps growing. Mouth Mapping® does not diagnose or treat gut conditions. It reads the oral side properly, harmful bacteria, inflammation markers, pH and gum health, and gives you a plan for it.

What does the Longevity Visit cost?

New patient visits range from $595 to $1,395 depending on what your visit includes. The care team confirms your exact price when they call, before anything is booked. No surprises.

Do you take insurance?

Smile House is out of network, and payment is collected at your appointment. We help every patient get the most from their benefits: we send the bill to your insurance carrier for whatever reimbursement you're entitled to, and walk you through it on the first call.

Will I be told I need a lot of work?

You'll be shown what's there, on your own scans, and you decide what happens next. Early cavities are often candidates for remineralizing rather than filling. Many plans begin with watching and maintaining rather than treating.

Is the imaging safe?

The 3D imaging uses low, targeted radiation, and digital X-rays run at ultra-low doses. Everything is done in-house, in one visit, by a team that does this every day.

How long does the visit take?

Plan for about two hours, unhurried. Everything in Ale's video happens in that one appointment, including the cleaning and the jaw massage. Nothing is split across visits.

Where are you, exactly?

55 Warren Street in Tribeca, a short walk from Chambers Street (1/2/3, A/C) and the World Trade Center PATH. Directions come with your confirmation.
